Marjorie May (Shipman) Danner, 91, of Napoleon, MO. passed away Tuesday June 29, 2021 at the Meyer Care Center in Higginsville, MO. Graveside services will be Friday, July 9, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in Lexington Memory Gardens, Lexington, MO. In lieu of Flowers , Memorials to Preferred Hospice, Lexington, MO.
Marjorie was born July 21, 1929 loving daughter of Burley and Thelma (Bates) Shipman in Napoleon MO. Graduated from Lexington High School in 1947. She married Uhl Gene Danner on September 7, 1952 in Arkansas and together they shared 64 loving years. Margee was a homemaker and member of the Raytown United Methodist Church and attended Napoleon United Methodist Church. She and Uhl loved to travel. She was a loving mother, grandmother and GG. She enjoyed crafting, fishing and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Uhl Gene Danner, sister Pearl Marie Shafer, a brother William Shipman. Is survived by 3 Son’s: John ( Anne) Danner, Joseph Danner of Oak Grove, MO. and James (Nanette) Danner of Napoleon, MO. Grandchildren (John’s) Kirk , Kate, Nichole. (Joseph’s) Elizabeth, Jessica, Jennifer, Joseph. (Jamie’s) Suzanne, Bryanne. Great-Grandchildren: (James’s 2),Cole and Corvan. Sisters: Wanda Jean Bressman of Independence, MO. and Fern Louise (Toni) Mautino of Holt, MO.
