Barbara Fay Dean

Barbara Fay Dean, 69, of Wellington, MO passed away Nov. 21, 2020 at St. Luke’s South Hospital in Overland Park KS. Cremation No Services at this time.

Barbara was born March 15, 1951 in Clinton, MO. daughter of Harold Wayne and Juanita Louise(Young) Sapp. She worked for Owner/Operators in Grain Valley, MO. for 15 years and Lafayette County sheriffs department as a secretary and deputy for 20years.

Barbara was preceded in death by her mother. Survived by Ray Seitz of Wellington (her significant other of 32 years).  Sons: Chris B. Dean of Independence, MO. and Jeffrey W. (Crystal) Dean of Wellington, MO. 4 Granddaughters Serenity, Alexis, Alicen and Kayla. Father: Harold W. (Naomi) Sapp of Clinton, MO. Sister: Sandra(Wayne) Phillips of Stockdale, Texas. 3 Nieces: Waynette Norris, Jennifer(Kenneth) Pinkley and Colette Riddle (Brandon) all of Texas. Memorials to: St.Jude’s.
